Overview

ChronoGate LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Eloqnt mobile application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

Privacy-First Design

Your conversations stay on your device. We cannot see, access, or read any of your voice sessions, transcripts, or chat messages.

Account Information

• Email address (via Sign in with Apple or Google)
• Used solely for authentication and subscription management

Voice & Text Data

• Audio is streamed in real-time to Google's Gemini AI for processing
• Audio is NOT recorded or stored on our servers
• All transcripts and chat messages are stored locally on your device only
• We have no access to your conversation data

Subscription Data

• Subscription status is managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store)
• We use RevenueCat to verify subscription entitlements
• We do not store or process payment information directly

How We Use Your Data

We use your email address to authenticate your identity, link your subscription across devices, and contact you about critical account issues (rare). We use real-time voice data to provide speech polishing, coaching, and custom AI responses — audio is processed through the Google Gemini API and discarded immediately.

Data Storage

All conversation data (sessions, transcripts, chat messages, preferences) is stored exclusively in a local database on your device. If you uninstall the app, this data is permanently deleted. We do not back up or sync conversation data to any cloud service.

Third-Party Services

• Google Gemini API — processes voice and text in real-time; subject to Google's AI Terms of Service; data is not used to train Google's models (API usage)
• Firebase Authentication — handles sign-in with Apple and Google; stores only your email and authentication token
• RevenueCat — manages subscription entitlements; receives your anonymous user ID for purchase verification

Your Rights

You can delete all your local data at any time by uninstalling the app. To delete your account and associated email, contact us at hello@chronogate.ai. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

Children's Privacy

Eloqnt is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
