Subscriptions & billing
Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. To cancel or change plans, open your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Eloqnt; Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). To restore a purchase on a new device, use Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app.
Voice or audio issues
Make sure Eloqnt has microphone permission (device Settings → Eloqnt → Microphone) and that Silent Mode is off. If a session drops, tap Talk to start a new one — your conversation context is kept.
Account & data deletion
Your conversations are stored only on your device — uninstalling the app deletes them permanently. To delete your account and email from our systems, send us a request from the email you signed in with.
Anything else
We read everything. Include your device model and what you expected vs. what happened, and we'll get back to you quickly.
